Refrigeration machine (compressor) oils.
Oils for refrigeration machines (compressors), together with the refrigerant, constitute an important part of the system and ensure long-term trouble-free operation of the compressor.
Refrigeration and climatic compressors and installations are widely used in industry and automobiles.
They also serve to lubricate the rubbing parts of the compressor in order to reduce friction and reduce wear of parts, helps to remove some of the heat, remove small particles — wear products and increase tightness.
The following brands of oils for refrigeration machines are installed:
ХА-30 — oil for compressors operating on ammonia or carbon dioxide;
HF 12-16, HF 22-24, HF 22s-16 — oil for compressors operating on freon.
All brands of refrigeration oils are tested for corrosion.
Refrigerating oils of all grades are tested for corrosion on copper plates of the M2 grade in accordance with GOST 859.
Oil grade XA-30 is tested on plates made of steel grade 40 or 50 in accordance with GOST 1050;
KhF 22s-16 oil is tested on plates made of grade 20 steel in accordance with GOST 1050.
Refrigeration oils are low-hazard products
Oils for refrigeration machines are low-hazard products and, in terms of the degree of impact on the human body, belong to the 4th hazard class in accordance with GOST 12.1.007.
The maximum permissible concentration of vapors of oil hydrocarbons in the air of the working area is 300 mg / m in accordance with GOST 12.1.005. The content of hydrocarbons in the air is determined by the UG-2 device.
Oils for refrigeration machines are, in accordance with GOST 12.1.044, flammable medium-flammable liquids with flash points from 130 to 225 ° C.
Standard requirements for refrigeration oils.
Oils for refrigeration machines must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard from raw materials and according to the technology used in the manufacture of oil samples that have passed tests with positive results and are approved for use in the prescribed manner.
Rules for the acceptance of oils for refrigeration machines.
Refrigeration oils are accepted in batches. A batch is considered to be any quantity of a product manufactured in the course of a technological cycle according to an approved technology, homogeneous in terms of its component composition and quality indicators, accompanied by one quality document.
If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, re-tests of a newly selected oil sample taken from the same sample are carried out.
The results of retesting oils apply to the entire batch.
